Tonight we saw Ormeau 3a take on Killyleagh at home in Division 3 of the Belfast and District Table Tennis League. The match ended with a score line of Ormeau 3a (3) and Killyleagh (7). The format for the match was a 3 Vs 3 player format. Andrew Gibson reporting on the match said “Enjoyable night at Ormeau with Arvin showing he has the mental edge in the 5 setters. He came through 2 very close matches against Adrian and Brian, with Andy taking the other point for Ormeau on the night. Killyleagh won the remainder of the matches but they were all closely fought and they should be delighted to come away with a 7-3 win, their best of the season”.
